Kalyan Subbarao brings two decades of diverse experience across the Pharmaceuticals, Lifestyle, Corporate Security, and Institutional sectors, complemented by an MBA from Aberdeen University. After a fulfilling corporate journey, he chose to follow a less conventional path, driven by a profound passion for integrating nature’s principles into organizational learning. Kalyan firmly believes in the transformative power of human growth through a deep connection with nature and advocates for a harmonious coexistence with the environment. His expertise has been further enriched through permaculture workshops and a Natural Building workshop at Thannal.
As a co-founder of The Whitespaces, Kalyan is committed to blending innovative leadership approaches with insights drawn from the natural world. He designs immersive learning experiences that empower individuals and organizations to unlock their full potential. Beyond his organizational contributions, Kalyan has also dedicated himself to mentoring youth and start-ups, providing guidance and fostering a vision of sustainable success.
