Brisil Mendonsa

-Partner, Sales Excellence

Brisil brings nearly three decades of experience in building and leading commercial engines across some of India’s most demanding sectors, FMCG, Telecom, and BFSI. His career has been spent inside the businesses themselves, not advising from the outside, which gives him an unusually grounded view of where strategy actually lives or dies: in the gap between high-level direction and daily execution on the ground. That gap is exactly where Brisil works.
His foundation was laid at Coca-Cola and Cadbury, where he learned the discipline of distribution that defined the gold standard of Indian consumer goods. He went on to scale granular prepaid and franchise retail models in B2B telecom at Vodafone, then turned his attention to route-to-market engineering for iconic brands at Pidilite. Most recently, at HDFC Life, he managed expansive partner ecosystems and led digital sales transformation across BFSI, proving that the principles of street-level sales hold even as channels evolve.
As Partner, Sales Excellence at The Whitespaces, Brisil helps large enterprises close the direction-to-execution gap. He turns boardroom strategy into something the field can actually run with, practical, measurable, and built to hold up under the pressures of real markets.
